I've Got Sunshine (vitamin D)

Ingredients: blue oyster mushrooms, avocado

This mushroom formula is a simple blend of two plant-based ingredients that provide your body with vitamin D without dairy, grain, or any form of artificial fortification. We expose our mushrooms to natural sunlight so the vitamin D can be passed on naturally. Because vitamin D is absorbed best when combined with fats, we added a little of nature's butter--avocado.
